I will design a personalised weight training program that will be updated every 4 weeks, as your body adapts and changes it get used to the training stimulus, this is why you need to change up the training, to keep your body adapting and changing and so that you don’t get bored! As you become stronger, you will be able to lift more weight, which will allow for increased muscle recruitment and ultimately more calories burned and when you incorporate the right nutrition, muscle growth.

I will teach you methods for long-term sustainable change. This means that you will enjoy the journey and learn how to maintain your results for life. This is not a quick fix. True, you will see immediate changes in your body, sometimes in as little as two to three weeks. The long-term goal is incorporating these lifestyle and diet changes into your everyday life.
Following Flexible Dieting protocols you will learn about If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM) and the importance of tracking macronutrients, micronutrients and fibre in achieving the body you want.
Train, Live, Love is about learning ways in which you can be social, go out with friends, your family and partner and not avoid social occasions or events. We learn to take away the good versus bad food labels, and instead learn to instill good eating habits. So that you can still LIVE and enjoy the process.
LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF
It all starts with learning to love yourself. I will share with you Self Love and Positive Mindset practices! This includes meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, breathing exercises and starting your day with a positive reflection.
Before we can really be content with the physical change that occurs through proper nutrition and weight training we need to first learn self-love and positive mindset. Through coaching and guidance I will show and teach practices that have worked for me to help you find your true worth, value and potential.
