How can I feel more energized?

I know it’s a stupid question, but the other day I was thinking about it. I get very tired and have to sleep for at least a couple of hours after I’ve gotten up, I’m not in any sort of danger or anything like that. I just feel so tired, like I’ve got no energy.

It’s so simple, but not sexy … sorry.

๐Ÿ“Eat your vegetables.

๐Ÿ“Drink 2L water daily.

๐Ÿ“Eat your fruit.

๐Ÿ“Sleep 7hr+ a night 

๐Ÿ“Manage your stress.

๐Ÿ“Move your body 30mins a day.

There is no magic pill for more energy.

However, these are some things that you can do that can help you feel better. These tips will help you get more energy without having to rely on a miracle drug or vitamin.

But know that it's not super hard to start to see some improvements.

Pick one thing from the list you aren’t currently doing and begin to tick that off each day.

Once that has become a habit, start on the next one.

And the next. And the next. It will be easy to stick with the routine because you are making small gains every day, which makes you feel good about yourself.
