1. When does the course start & finish?
”The Academy opens for enrollment in 8-week cycles where live weekly group coaching calls will be held. The course starts Monday 24th Jan 2022 and the first group coaching call Saturday 29th Jan and will run for 8 weeks. You also get lifetime access to the content. So you can refer back to this as your “fat loss bible”
2. What contact do I get with Ella?
You get access to Ella via the weekly group coaching calls, email support during this time as well as questions answered inside the FB community. Ella has wrapped up 8 years of coaching experience and knowledge into 11+ modules that will answer all your questions. If accountability is what you need you have access to the private Facebook forum and can reach out for an “accountability buddy” after the initial 8 weeks.
3. I’m under 30. Is the course still for me?
Absolutely! This course is open to any female wanting to learn and understand her own body and that is not looking for a quick fix solution. This is a journey of education and discovery.
4. I’m in my 40’s/50's. Is this course still for me?
Absolutely! The only thing this course doesn’t touch on is peri-menopause and menopause which all women will experience post 40.
5. I don’t have experience with flexible dieting. Is this course still for me?
You may still benefit from the course. However, I suggest also purchasing the MFP Mini-course which teaches you how to track your diet. It is also worth reading some of my articles on macros to better understand that as this course expects some prior understanding of macronutrients.
6. I have some health conditions. Can I still do the course?
If you have any underlying health conditions, PCOS, low blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or any other conditions you must seek advice from your GP. This course will help you establish healthy habits around nutrition and the education to understand your energy requirements but won't provide you with any specific guidance in managing these health conditions.
7. How long will it take for me to see results?
Previous Academy members have lost 3kg in as little as 5 weeks.
Once you work through the first 2 modules on goal setting, habit change and visualisation you'll start on the math which is setting up your journey. Depending on your total weight loss goal and the time you have decided to diet for, you can expect to see results in 12 weeks or less, but be working towards this for a minimum of 20 weeks. This is a lifestyle change you are making and undoing 10+ years of stories you've told yourself as to why you can't achieve your goals. Nothing is guaranteed and you have to do the work. You can't expect change if you aren't prepared to change.
8. Do you offer refunds?

You have to do the work though! Buyers remorse doesn’t count.
