One of the biggest complaints when it comes to fitness related goals is I just don't have the time.
Dont have the time to get to the gym.
Dont have the time to meal prep
Dont have the time to track your diet.
I think the time excuse is a poor cop out. I get it we are all super busy and life is going way to quickly!
But NOT having the time for something that you deem important to you, isn't actually as important than you think it is. Which is totally ok.
But if getting your fitness back on track, fitting into those jeans that you could 6 months ago, feeling confident in your own skin, gaining control of your eating habits and your mindset, wanting to complete that half marathon, if all these thing were important to you, you would make the time.
Its that simple.
Regardless of your situation.
Working 2 jobs, family with kids. Whatever it is, you would find the time.
Because I coach mums with kids, they are finding the time for them, finding the time to train, to meal prep, to be successful with their goals and also not neglect their duties as a wife and as a mum.
I coach women that are vegetarians that have to work a little bit harder at their diet to ensure they are getting enough protein.
I coach business women that work long hours, on the phone at night, late meetings. Still find the time to get to the gym, complete a session, eat good food and stay on track with their goals.
So you see you do have time, you have the same amount of time as I do, as these women do.
But your list of priorities are different.
You rank other things in your life as more of a priority than those goals.
Like your kids or you husband or your job.
Which is totally OK.
But you need to be honest with yourself.
If something is important to you then you find the time, you make it work and you balance it all out.
You may like to achieve all this things I mentioned above but it doesn't drive you everyday to make the necessary change to achieve them. Not right now anyway.
Does that mean you don't have goals?
No not all, you have goals and when your ready you will make them a priority and achieve them.
