Outsource that Sh$t

We are all super busy,

running around from A to B,

from work to appointments, to clients to school pick ups.

Life is getting busier and its geting harder to manage all of life's tasks and our goals.

 

I have recently outsourced my nutrition to a coach.

You may think, but why Ella?

You're a Coach, you coach clients on nutrition all the time.

 

And you'd be right,

I do coach clients on nutrition and establishing better eating habits and finding flexibility in their life, 

they are all having sucess and great results too.

 

But you see,

I'm just like you guys,

I am so busy juggling a few Business',

managing home life, studying and creating content.

 

It's just easier to outsource somethings to someone else,

someone that's an expert in that field,

that can take control of the thinking and hold you accountable.

So all you need to do is focus on the doing.

 

There is also something to be said about paying for something

or a service and not using it. 

I hate paying for things I dont use!

So straight off the bat your going to take action and work for it becuase its your hard earned cash that your spending.

 

So even though the macros my coach gave me, I could work out for myself,

the fact that I am paying for a service,

 I am being held accountable,

it means I have started to see a shift in my body composition in the last 7 days. 

Without really thinking about it at all!

 

Just like going to the gym,

going through the motions and winging the

 

when you get there,

you know how to train but is the effort and intensity the same,

the same as if you had someone checking in with you each week,

looking at your program and the weights you lifted.

 

You see you know what to do,

just like me,

but sometimes its just better to outsource those things,

so you can focus your energy and attention where you want it to be.

On the things that make you happy.

 

For me thats my business.

That's creating content.

Not worrying about what my macros should be

and whether im eating too much or too little.

 

Understand that seeking help and guidance from a coach,

even if you know what to do,

doesn't mean that you are any less of a person,

or that you are a failure.

 

It means your smart.

Smart with your time

Smart with your money.
