Lose Weight Without Dieting.

Dieting has a negative connection to it.

 

 

Dieting must be hard, restrictive, and you must avoid all the foods you love to eat. It means salad without dressing, broccoli, chicken and rice and just plain bland boring food.

 

WRONG

 

Not if you diet smart!

 

Choose a way to eat that is sustainable.

 

Change the way you think about food.

 

I dont diet anymore.

 

I eat to fuel my body. I eat to nourish it. I eat for enjoyment. I eat for pleasure. I eat to be social.

 

It the same for clients on my LIFE program and my NUTRITION program. 

 

They incorporate fruit, vegetables, complex carbohydrates, grains, and fats. They indulge in icecream, chocolate, doughnuts, pasts, bread, nutella, peanut butter. They eat out, they socialise and they drink alcohol.

 

Because BALANCE, right.

 

What is the point on working so hard on yourself to live like a hermit?

 

To then venture out, indulge in things you've restricted for a long time to end up unhappy again.

 

it makes no sense??

 

Have some patience with yourself and your goals. 

 

Working towards a life of balance may take longer than a 12 week program but it means you have established habits that set you up for life, no longer needing to diet.
