So what happens when you eat 1200 calories or less for a period of time.... you eventually give in to your hunger signals and BINGE on highly processed foods.
Where does that leave you?
Emotionally wrecked from the internal torture your giving yourself for ‘failing’ and physically drained and exhausted from the lack of nutrients.
So what can you do?
You can seek help, guidance and support. LISTEN to that EXPERT and and follow the process.
EATING a few 100 more calories a day structured and packed full of nutrients makes way more sense long term than a MASSIVE binge of 1000’s every weekend. FOOD as a whole isn't the enemy. Your mindset and relationship around food is.
