The way I challenge your beliefs and thoughts is by awareness around your behaviours and education on nutrition to your own individual situation.


Hey I'm Ella

I'm a qualified Personal Trainer (Certificate III and IV in Fitness), Accredited Sports Nutritionist, WBFF Pro Fitness Model and Founder of Ella Martyn Coaching. 

My mission is to teach women the tools to "diet for the last time".

As passionate as I am about fitness, nutrition, training, I wasn't always this way. I have been overweight and unhappy in my body. I've been on a dieting merry-go-round avoiding foods, eating like a bird, scared of carbs...


Over the last 15 years, I have learnt the tools to transform not only my body but my life and now I want to share that knowledge with as many women as possible so they can feel empowered, confident and live a life of passion and purpose.


I want to motivate, inspire and educate women on the benefits of weight training, flexible dieting, positive mindset and self-love practices to prove that you too can have a strong and healthy body with sustainable and long-term results.
